The Bremer TAFE operates a fully-functional restaurant and bar, The Miner's Right Restaurant, which is considered one of the best equipped training facilities in Queensland. This facility - together with the commercial training kitchen - provides students with practical learning in all facets of the industry, utilising state-of-the-art equipment easily adaptable to any cooking style or clientele group.
